I love my kwik klip! With carpal tunnel in my left hand it is a pain saver. A sizeable quilt with pins will be very heavy so don't forget to support the quilt as you sew. I managed to machine quilt my daughters queen size quilt with my Bernina. It was a constant stop and go as the space to the right is very tight, but it can be done.
