On the right hand side of the address bar use the 3 bar link to get to the menu for Chrome and then go to tools and Extensions. Then click the link for get extensions. Can search, etc. The one I installed is named "Search by Image (by Google)".

Another one I like is the Pinterest one - I can easily pin while searching, especially for sites that might not have a Pin It link
