quilt pattern using only 4 fabrics

I need a pattern for only 4 fabrics because the recipient only liked 4 fabrics out of the whole collection. MEN!

this uses 4 fabrics and is super easy. It is the Warm Wishes pattern

I was thinking of alternating pinwheels, or a 4-block patch. You could consider the disappearing 4 patch as well. Finally, there are many free block patterns that you could look for on the internet. Many of them only use 2 - 4 colors.

You would have to do the math for any of these suggestions to decide how big you would want a block, and how many blocks you would have to make. I am sure that if you made the decision on a particular block, you could come back here and get suggestions regarding size, # of blocks and yardage.

There is a book called Take Four that I recently saw in a shop, it had a bunch of pretty designs in it. I think it was by the same lady that wrote Take Five.
