Default Completely frustrated and ready to throw in the towel

I cannot make the EZ Circle Cut template work! I am on my 4th 18mm rotary cutter, this one specifically said it's designed for the EZ Circle Cut template (by Sharon Hultgren) and it DOES NOT WORK. Has anyone found a way to make this tool usable. I'm ready to trash it.

First, welcome to the forum I'm sorry you're so frustrated with the cutter-could you explain what type of problem you're having? I'm not sure I can help, but, I am sure someone will be along who can!

You have to hold your cutter straight up and down. I have the blade toward the inside of the curve.

Karen is right - straight up and down - make sure your fingers are out of the way - and the blade should be facing in towards the center area of the cutter.
    Be warned. I am BORED.
    This could be dangerous.

When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
    They are usually 90 degrees.

Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??

Yup. Frustrating. More than once I've just used a pencil to draw the line instead of trying to stick the cutter in there. Then I cut with scissors. An extra step, but it works.

Does this OLFA Rotary Circle Cutter - YouTube video help? Not quite sure if this is the same cutter you are using.

Here's one from 2010 that Jenny did, she had a tough time with it too but take your time.

I made a New Circles quilt using the EZ Circle ruler and the secret, as noted above, is to hold the handle of the cutter straight up and down. It takes time and patience.
