I think it looks good. I say go for it.

I think I'd put a solid color between the different dot fabrics.

I'd also add a solid (either pink, or the dark).

I also love polka dots! The scale of the 2 dots you have is different enough that I think they are fine next to each other. Plus one is a dark and one is a light. Go for it!

You can never have too many dots or stripes.
To me, with the contrasting color of dots...it looks like I ran out of the black and am just finishing with the other dots. I think I'd have to put in a narrow sash/boarder of some kind to separate them or put the peach dots within the quilt somehow. If you need the additional "dots" as the final boarder, I think I'd use just solid black.
