How do I make 2 crib size quilts into one double.?

Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions. The colors on these quilts are cream and more cream and some silver. She paid me for these, they weren't gifted. She is very bling-y and a germaphobe. She would never put them on the floor. The kid probably won't even be sleeping under it.
I may just sash it or just glue it. Gorilla glue sounds great! Thanks all. I'll try to find some photos I took.
