what I don't understand is why aren't these companies using an accuquilt (sp?) for these, or something like it? This would really annoy me. We seldom can buy pre-cuts here so have never had this problem. Hope you get it sorted soon. 3 days is a long time to wait for a reply IMO. Same or next day is acceptable, two is rude and three is just wrong. I would be phoning now. Poor customer care indeed!
