I would return it.
The manufacturers are pretty good about making things right. My Moda rep told me they do quality checks, but with as much fabric that goes through there on a daily basis, I'm sure things can get missed.

Sorry, but this is a poor, unacceptable answer from Moda. We pay a premium price for precuts so we should demand a premium product. If they cannot produce these precuts with consistent accuracy, then they need to lower the price accordingly (you get what you pay for) or do a better job of producing a quality product (my personal preference since I love precuts but probably won't be buying more until they get their act together - and I mean ALL manufacturers of precuts, not just Moda).
