    Default Quilt block help

So, me and my DH just bought a tent trailer from 1980. The cushions and cushion covers are in great condition and since we don't have the money for me to update the inside of the trailer, I thought I would embrace the vintage 1980 style that is currently there. So my question is, what are some quilt blocks or quilts that were really popular in the 1980's?

Unfortunately I was born in 1981, so I have no clue. When I google I get a bunch of pics, but am not sure if its acurate. I am wanting to make some hot mitts and pot holders and of course a quilt using my stash. Thanks for any help.

I took my first quilt class in the 1980s and we did large sampler blocks of the traditional blocks...Hole in the Barn Door, 4 Cards, Churn Dash, etc. The one color I remember from then was Country Blue. I got so tired of that color and of course used it in my blocks...pink and blue...Yuck. I never finished that quilt but did learn a lot about piecing and quilting.
