Quilting done...now what?

The original blue Dawn dish washing detergent is one of the best pre-treatments for spots and stains. Use a small amount and work it with a soft cloth.

I'm a big believer in hydrogen peroxide for organic stains. That said, not knowing what it is, I'd probably simply wash first and see what happens.

I use the tide spot stick and it has worked really well for the white fabric. Not sure if I would use it on colours
