The machine prices on the Sizzix site are full retail. There are many different machine models also so be sure you get what you intended. There is the SideKick, BigKick, BigShot, BigShot Pro, Vagabond and Ellipse machines plus some models come in electric versions. I bought my Big Shot from Amazon and my dies from the outlet store and EBay. I think Joanns Fabrics has a sale currently on paper crafting supplies and they may have the Big Shot on sale right now also.
