    I want to learn to do this, too.... I believe big stitch quilting calls for Perle cotton....

    Every time I try big stitching....which I love the look of....I have problems, because I normally use a size 12 betweens, and make tiny stitches... It's just hard to get used to seeing the stitches.... But, I have a quilt that needs to get DONE, so I'm ready to give it another shot.... The stitches will look pretty against the bright Ticklish fabrics...
