Just wanted to give one last stab to anyone who may have this fabric in their stash or can check their local walmart for this for me. I would be most grateful. I only need 1/2 yard. I am more then willing to pay for the fabric and shipping.

I have some running to do today and will run by our WalMart to see if they have it.

April - I did not get to the Walmart like I planned. Sorry.
Either Monday or Tuesday, I'll check for you. I had wanted to get all of the running done on one day, but the trip to Mom's doctor in Seattle took longer than we planned. (I hate traffic!)

I was hoping to check a new walmart for you that was supposed to open this past Tuesday. I think they are opening either tomorrow or Monday..unless it gets pushed again. If it does, I will definitely check for you.
I posted it on 'Missing Fabrics'. It takes a couple days to show up there.

Thank you all for looking, I am about to give up hope. I checked my walmart again just in case... nothing :(. Still hoping but that hope is waning.
I just got back from my Walmart and they didn't have it either. :( I'm so sorry. Did you check online at Walmart to see if you can get it there? I looked at all the fabrics like 3 times to make sure. I was so tempted to buy fabric...they had some really nice ones and felt good..not thin, but I only got some flannel that I needed.
I even checked the precuts to see if maybe it would be there, but no luck.
Thank you Cil for looking, I am thinking I will have to do half the blocks with another red. I checked mine again this morning nothing. I did check walmart.com and nothing. My fault for not buying more. But so many times I just buy because I like it and only do 1/2 yard. This was the case here and I used half of that 1/2 yard for another project before I decided to use it for these blocks.
Have you started sewing the blocks yet? If so, maybe you can mix up two reds that are close. Did you try sending a PM to jlynn? I noticed she hasn't been on since she said that she seen it. She doesn't come on everyday and sometimes goes a week in between posts. Maybe she would still be willing to get it for you.

I took a gander at the reds @ JoAnns while I was there on the same day, and the one in Port Orchard, WA didn't have it either.
yes it was definitely walmart. It was spotted there by a forum member right after I posted I needed more...
I looked at the Walmart in Bonney Lake, WA on 3/29, and it wasn't there either.

April - I was looking through my stash just yesterday and I found it!! I was so sure you didn't need it anymore so I didn't bother to post. I have a fat quarter - looking for another one but for sure I have one. It had a clearance price of $1.00 on it so I'll just send it to you when you pm me your adddress.
