The lightweight applique fusible may not hide the background color from showing through a white fabric. For a white bunny, I would interface the fabric first with a lightweight fusible interfacing, then fuse that piece to your applique product and cut out your design. The layer of interfacing should help with the see-through problem. I am referring to raw-edge machine applique motifs.
