Default Would you scallop this border?

This quilt is for my grandbaby. So I was positive I wanted to scallop this border I even marked it. Now I'm chickening out when it comes to cutting it and I'm second guessing myself. I have worked with bias binding and curves they are not my issue. I'm just wondering if it would look good? I doubled the batting as well. Thanks in advance

It's a 3" border the quilt right now is 37x48

I think it would be adorable with the scallop as long as your border is wide enough to do it.

That is one adorable quilt! I think that shallow scallops would work great - or a wave border!

    YES! Would be adorable scalloped!

But don't cut first. Sew the binding on first, THEN cut the scallops out. Use your drawing line as your guide.

Yes to a scalloped border! It will look fantastic! I was afraid to do it but found it was really very easy.
