Bag Pattern?

Happy New Year everyone - hope it's a good one. Has anyone seen a pattern for a bag like this -



It came with presents from a friend - she didn't make it but I thought there must be a similar pattern somewhere and if there is one this is where I'll find it. Fingers crossed and thanks.

Oh, Brenda, I'd just take that little bag apart and use it for a pattern. Actually, I'd just wing it.

Here's the closest I found - you could add those tabs for the handle right before stitching the top pieces together.
