Starching
I'm sewing strips together, and then cutting them in triangles. The strip tube method. Does it make any difference if you starch the strips before you sew them together, or is it just as effective to starch them when you're pressing the seams down (before cutting them across the bias)
I've also thought about starching before and after.
Just trying to make sure the fabric won't stretch across the bias cut.
This is the pattern I'm starting
