    Default My aching back

I need opinions, I had to piece my backing and I dont have enough of any of the material that I had used in the quilt, but the backing is to small. What would you do if you don't want to go out and buy more material? Would you just take the outside border off of the front of the quilt to make it smaller? I do have a bunch of half triangles and some different widths of strips but all under 12" in lenght.

Which side is the back? I looks like the entire thing needs to be repositioned cuz there are a lot of wrinkles. I would try to add to the back to make it fit. (which ever side it is)

What if you take that outside border and put it on the back. Bring that to the front as a self binding? I hope that made sense

I like Lories idea, but save yourself the trouble of removing the border from one side.....just bring it around as a self binding just the way it is.....looks like a reversible quilt either way!
    Oh yeah, it's beautiful!!!

Sorry I forgot to mention which was the front and which was the back. The front is the the big star blocks.

Which ever is bigger bring that around to make your binding as suggested. If unsure how to do that, there are several tuts on YouTube.
