    Default FMQ Question

Hi everyone, I have seen a lot of quilts that are being quilted with a giant swirl like design that starts in the middle of the quilt and goes out. I have no idea what this is called, but I am really interested in doing this design on a quilt. If you have any idea what I am talking about, can you tell me how to do it on a domestic machine or know of a video tutorial that I can watch. Thanks!

Like Concentric Circles? or a FMQ style?

I don't do FMQ at all but I do love the circles :-)

Here's a link to the tutorial I used for my Iron Quilt - I love how they feel with all the stitching in it. If that's not it, I'm sure someone will pop in too and see what we all can come up with

Yeah, that's it! I had not idea what it was even called! Thank you for the information. I appreciate it! I am definitely going to try this out, but maybe on a smaller project first, and then work my way up to a quilt. Thanks again!

So glad you asked this question...I've been wondering about this method for a while too. I have a polka dot quilt I'm playing around with and thought this would be an interesting pattern to go on it.

You did that with a walking foot - wow - cool, love the circles. Congrats on your win as well.
