Default 1/4 circle in Dresden fan

I watched Jenny's tutorial with the ez Dresden tool and how do you make the center whenyou're just doing a fan. Can you make the circle and then just cut it in 4?

    Hi Lin,
We just did the Black and White Fan Swap using the Dresden Tool. I think you can go join the Black and White Fan Block Swap under Groups and you will find all the info we shared when making the block. There's even a tutorial on how one member did it!
    Good luck.

Lin, we made a 7 inch circle and cut it in 4ths. Yes you are on the right track.

Lin, I'm sorry, I should have told you to turn under only the curved side of the 1/4 circle before applying it to your fan then sew it down. You just did applique! Ta Da! lol Hugs, Jan
