is there graphing software?

I have been trying to design a table runner using graph paper, but when I find the design isn't working I have to erase, and re-draw, and erase, and re-draw.... Was thinking if there was some kind of graphing software it might be easier to put in the colors and shapes and move them. Have you found anything that works for you?

There is a web site that you can use. I'll have to look through all my hundreds of bookmarks and see if I can find it for you. Maybe someone else knows about it too. I'll look for you.
