    Default Quilting Thread

I'm quilting my first quilt and I'm confused about the color of thread to use. The top and back have several colors. Do I try to match one of those colors or do I use a neutral?

go neutral...grey is actually a good color that blends well.

Neutral is probably best, can you add pictures?

I live on the laurel highlands now, and grew up in the south hills. Where are you, my fellow Pittsburgher?

I always think about how it will look on the back ! I usually use white for the back so I try to keep it light !

Glad to meet you on here! If you find any good Pittsburgh quilting resources let me know. There isn't much up my way. I grew up in Mt. Lebanon, and my parents just moved from there not to long ago and now live in Ligonier. I miss the convenience of the south hills, but I like living more "in the country."
