New Project: CAT QUILT
I decided since my kitty likes laying on my fabric all the time I should make her , her own quilt. So I found this piece of pink flannel with black paw prints allover it for a cuddly backing. Now I went to my stash of cat fabric. I am going to do a DP9 for her so I need 56 blocks wow one never knows how much fabric of one kind they have til they look. I am only doing one block from each fabric to get good variety and I will still have a ton left. Hope she likes it. Never knew I had over 60 pieces of cat fabric, all different.

Re: New Project: CAT QUILT
Hmmm ... exactly how big is your cat? 56 blocks for a D9P sounds like a pretty big quilt.
OK, in doing the math the quilt would be 2 x 3 nine patches with 2 squares left over, if you meant squares and not blocks (as in a 9 patch).

Re: New Project: CAT QUILT
was you thinking I have a pretty Bengal Tiger?!! heheh I actually meant 54 blocks then make the DP9's from those so yes 2 x 3 it will be a rectangle instead of a square but the piece of flannel is like 5/8 yard so it will be fine for her

Can't wait to see this Iris! I have ... well a lot of cat fabrics (a few dog bones and mixed dog/cat) for animal rescue funding raising.
Those fabric really make cute quilts :-)
