Re: Flannel Fabric Source
I bought some flannel from Keepsake Quilting. It was for a backing on a quilt and I needed something that looked like a print from the front of my quilt. It was sort of expensive, but I thought it would be really good quality. Well...it wasn't. The weave was okay, but the brushed side that gives it the softness seemed sparse and when I washed it, it seemed to be thin in places and fuzzier in others. You could almost say that it pilled. I thought it looked so bad that I turned the right side toward the batting. I would recommend finding some flannel in a local store so you can see the quality.
