Lisa like Jean said once you get every thing cut out (and that will be the hardest part), then just take it one step at a time and pay attention to the pictures and do it one block at a time and you will be fine. Good luck. The quilt is beautiful.

Go for it....oh and BTW... June Tailor (you can view on YouTube) has a practically fool proof HST tool (someone here has mentioned it several times, and linked the video, so i had to watch it and it does look worth the investment)... perfect for this project... buying the fabric local will be a good idea........ you might want to over buy a little on yardage... just in case... i think there is nothing like "doing and learning"... even if it's not perfect... it's YOURS .............Life and Handwork are not supossed to be perfect.. just loved and enjoyed, both process and object...

Beautiful quilt! You can do this and you will be amazed at how talented you are - one square at a time and we would love to follow your progress (also, there are many experts here that can support you).

I am afraid that was me. I am in love with that ruler. I don't know the size of these HST but that ruler makes 1.5 to 6.5 HST. What I think that is hard about this pattern is the cornerstones. I am terrible about that.

You did well on your chevron quilt and the HST. I think the old way of drawing a line works out better for me. You'll do fine.
