Labels - How to?

I let woven this labels and sew them on the backside of my quilts. they are just the size 1 1/2 to 3 inches, but I think they look nicely. the name "Bella Morgentau" is a mix between my familyname (Schoen in Italian means "Bella" or in Englisch: beautiful, and Morgentau is the name of the road we are living and that means "morningdew") and my adress.
