Ahhhhhhhhh, me? I definitely would try to use something on the back - perhaps tissue paper or water soluble stabilizer, or a cut-away or tear-away stabilizer. I am thinking of the lint that may come off from the batting. Don't forget - my machine is in the shop for a very thorough cleaning!!!
