    Default Quick border question please!

My quilt is coming along fine (thank you for the line up advice!!) but I've hit a snag in that it's now broader than the width of the fabric I'm using to create a boarder. See pic.

I want to make a border of the fabric on top of the picture, same as the heart border on the left. Where would you put the seam from the joining of the two (or more) strips? I'm leaning towards only one seam but putting it on the far left. I think two seams, one on each heart boarder seam would probably be most "quilty" but I fear I won't be able to match them up perfectly.

The border is cut 4.5" wide if that is any help.
