The other day, my new-to-me Janome sewed like a dream. And maybe a bobbin change was involved, but out of nowhere, I started getting all 'buggered-up'. Birds nest knots. Clanky sound.
Off to my repair person, I go. Immediately she points out I have the wrong bobbin size. Am I really that gifted, to have used the wrong bobbin size? Turns out, I was.
So she made everything better, and off I went. First order of business today, was a practice on my satin stitch, and blanket stitch for applique. No problems.
Immediately, upon switching out to a straight stitch, same old problem. Now, I feel that the bobbin casing wiggles around a bit, but repair lady kind of blew me off when I mentioned it.
What gives? ANYONE? ANYONE?
Thank God I have a back-up!
