I truly can't believe that this is the same panther fabric you posted earlier????!!!!! This is a cute way to make this fabric more feminine! I love it. I didn't know what you could do with that fabric to make it girly......but you did it!! Great job!

Thanks ladies. Does the rail look silly though? I didn't want to cut the panther fabric to pieces because of its layout. Maybe I should try another pattern?

I don't think it looks silly...but it does take away from the panther print if you can't see it all. I really like it, but then I didn't really like the panther print for a baby girl. Just being honest.

I was thinking maybe this D9P and you could do the center and middle blocks in those pretty blues and green. That way you wont lose too much of the panther fabric. After all, you are making it for him. lol

I like your rail pattern. Any quilt that keeps a baby warm is a good quilt for a baby. It doesn't have to be pink.
