I've found so many tutorials on making burp cloths, but all of them use different methods of fabric. My question is to you moms out there...what would the best combo of fabric for burp cloths?? I want to make these for a friend's baby shower and I would like for them to absorb and not allow spitup to go straight through. Any ideas???
1. Flannel on front and back
2. Flannel on front and cloth diaper on back
3. Cloth diaper with just a strip of cloth in the center
4. Flannel on front and chennille on back
5. Cotton on front and back with a cloth diaper in the center

Other recommendations?
