    Default Miss Marymac :o)

    Hello to all!!

I am so excited to join this quilting forum. I would love to learn more and learn how to upload a picture of a quilt I entered in my county fair here in Globe, Arizona. I won a second place red ribbon. Felt it should have been a blue ribbon but small town, same people score!! Newbies gotta wade in I guess!!

Would love to someday meet Jenny!! Has anybody met her???

    Thanks, Miss Marymac )

    Welcome from Florida!

Unfortunately I would be of no help with uploading pics - I have never figured it out.

Met Jenny? Oh yes! Many on here have. In fact a large group were in Hamilton this weekend for a retreat with her. There are several threads here about that. I had the honor to meet her at a trunk show she did here in February!

Welcome to the forum from Connecticut. Congratulations on the second place ribbon.
I think if you search the forum there are directions on how to upload pictures.

    Welcome from Michigan !
AS far as meeting Jenny, no I haven't had the pleasure ....but maybe next spring, I would like to plan on trip to MSQC then, ( it's only 630 miles ( one way ) from my home.....
Congrats on your 2nd place ( red ribbon ) win ....that's something to be proud of !

There's a lot of forum members who have taken the trip to MSQC and have met Jenny.....often photos are posted here on the forum.
    Again, welcome !

    just a ruff explanation..
If you have your pictures on your computer... when you post.. just click the square in the message toolbar... it should bring you where you need to be.. as well when posting , go to "go advanced".. some prompts from there..once you find that i think you'll understand..)

Welcome Mary from northeast Ohio. Always great to gain new members, and feel free to jump right in. Congratulations on your 2nd place ribbon - I understand the politics are brutal, so consider your 2nd place recognition a winner in reality. You could always enter it elsewhere. As for posting pics and any other questions, the search box at the top of the threads will help you with many things. For loading pics, as you have been advised, the square box at the top of a message box brings up the picture dialog. Be aware there are severe size restrictions on the photos - the question mark tells you the size for an acceptable file. You can resize your photos in Paint if you are using Windows. Good luck, it can be a bit tricky!
