Hi Happy Quilters! I am new to the forum but have enjoyed reading and looking at all those beautiful projects. I am a big fan of MSQC. Joined the sympoz and can't wait for the next series. I have made quite a few quilting projects over the years. Today I got my first machine quilted project back from one of the local longarm quilters . So, I took in my pieced double wedding ring. I have spent more hours on this quilt than all the rest combined. The clerk and I must have misunderstood each other cause I thought I ask for a traditional double wedding ring pattern to be quilted and got an edge to edge that did nothing for all my hard work. Matter of fact there are sooo many bubbles and folds in it that I am sure she had a nap while the machine ran. Now experts what should I do next time? How do you communicate what you want and get understood? Thanks for the help! quilter49
