Hey there! The line of fabric is Winter's Lane, used a layer cake from M*. The pattern is called Winter Seeds and is free on a blog called The Crafty Quilter. Thanks for your kind words.
Pam, I am sorry I missed your Birthday. I have been so busy unpacking things this week today is the first time I have been on the computer. I am glad you had a great day.
Thanks for the compliment on my dog's bed! And her name is Audrey Hepbull :-) Your avatar pups are precious!
OOOOOOO,, thank you so much.... i have already visited from you other post (i think yours),,, about the baby quilts.... i "hopped right in" and registered.... downloaded the "hobo bag" (a pattern we used to sell about 10 yrs. ago when i worked in local fabric shop...,yikes, i'm getting old....then noticed the "knit and crochet" in the header... This forum is why i get nothing done.... so much to see and communicate... LOL I just got home from "hip replacement class"... doing it on Oct3,, so i'm trying to "not think about it",,, but it's not helping me get things done in the sewing room....thanks again,, your a sweetie... hugs Babs
Thanks for the welcome back! We had a great time on the cruise, but it wiped us out. I guess we are getting too old to do things like that. I just love sitting on the balcony watching the water go by while drinking a cup of coffee, and the food is just toooo much! We have been sleeping quite a bit, and I hope to download my pics to my computer today. I will post some. If you haven't taken a cruise, you should at least once.
Thanks, Pam!
shhh--I won't say a thing! My fur babies are the same way...life is good for them, but they bring so much joy to our lives. Have a great day!
Thanks so much! I am pleased with how well it came out. The fabric theme lends itself to be forgiving as Dr. Seuss doesn't have any straight lines in his world (or Whoville either for that matter!)
I'm tall, 6'2", and the Camry is easier for me to get in and out of. For some reason it seemed to me to sit higher than the Accord or other cars. Makes me wonder how the heck I ever crawled in and out of my mustang, way back when. That car was like sitting on the ground. Of course I was younger then. If you want to shop around and look at features and compare the cars without being bothered by sales people go to www.carmax.com It is so nice being able to look at cars (all over the country if you want) without some guy bugging you. I've actually bought 2 trucks from them and never had a better car buying experience. I knew what I wanted. They give you the price up front and you pay. No trying for the best deal. Never had any problem with a vehicle I bought from them either. Sure beats buying a used car off the street.
Thanks Pcbatiks! It was a nice one!
