Hello there. So sorry I've taken so long to answer your question - the little cat wreath is very easy and would be lovely for fundraisers. Its a simple little quilt-as-you-go project. My feature fabric is a 3" hexagon (measured along one side), cut batting the same size and backing 1" bigger all around. The extra inch of backing folds over half an inch and then another half inch, forming a double fold binding. Fold mitres at the corners as you go. Slip stitch in place and voila, there you have it. I copied it from a magazine and it was designed as a Christmas wreath by Vicki Tucek of Melbourne. Have fun.

About Lryerson
Biography:
I have been quilting for a few years now. It all started when I made 17 flanel rag quilts (in a Year), for each one of my family members for Christmas. I wanted something a little more challenging so I took a quilt class. A new hobby took off. I have taught some classes. I have a Pfaff 2056 and treated myself to a creative vision a couple years ago. My husband use to call that my motorcycle! I'm a widow going on 3 years, and want to start back into sewing and getting to learn my machine all over again. I found this site and been on it all day and hope to find many new quilting friends!
