Just posted them online here and you can view them here I think. Let me know if this method doesn't work for you. I started a new thread for them to be attached so search on instructions emily and heaven and it should pop up.

I would but I have no idea where to post them to do this> Let me dig around and see how to do this. I used to be able to post files, but with the upgrade the button disappeared.

Ugh, the knee huh. I've had two cortisone shots in the last two months. they did mention a knee replacement but there is no way I'll have that done any time soon. I'm almost 60 but geez, really. I work at a greenhouse and it's really tough sometimes. My biggest problem is that it's my right knee but I have a plate and screws in my left leg and when that gives me trouble and the knee gives me trouble, I'm REALLY in trouble. LOL! Hubby says that I walk like an old lady . .. .just because he's younger than me. . .. LOL!

    Take care.

Hi Lisa. I just read about your knee troubles. that just stinks. I know others who are too young to have it done. I think it's because they do wear out and the younger you are when you start, the more times you'll have to have it replaced again. Knowing that doesn't help one bit. But maybe while you are waiting, medical science will come up with a replacement knee that won't wear out and will be permanent.

    Good luck.

    Hugs, Nancy
