hi i am going to be in Lakeland this weekend - staying at the Hyatt next to the Lakeland Center - would you like to meet for a coffee?
Hello Katie, I've just done a tour of your albums - you sure have some stunning projects there. Beautiful work and great colours. Well done and thanks for sharing.
Katie, I so enjoyed the tour of your sewing room. During the video you mentioned several times about string blocks (or something like that) and it looked like you just sewed your scaps together. Is that correct? Do you then cut them into square blocks? Do you use a foundation? Sorry for all the questions but I'm a newbie and it seemed like a good way to make use of those little pieces.
Hi Katie. Just wanted to say thank you for recomending this forum. I am having a lovely time contacting people here and have had so much positive feedback and comments. Enjoy.
That is definitely not an exaggeration! I love this forum. =)
Yes, they make a great travel project. That is when I do most of them. I did make a small table runner as my first project, but am hoping to do something bigger...Grandmother's Flower Garden I think it is called. Oh, also enjoyed your blog! You are truly very creative person! Keep on stitchin'! Cynthia
Just found all your pictures in the gallery. WOW! Nice work, Katherine. Especially interested in the english paper piecing projects. How do you plan to use those? I have several made up.....now not so sure what to do with them. Happy Quilting!

Well I’m Awarding You With the “1st Place RIBBON” They were ALL “MARVOLOUS” I Hope To Be As Good As You Some Day. Until Then… I’ll Keep Visiting Quilt Shows and Drewling all Over them. You Must Have a GOOD STASH Huhh? TTYL and Keep Up The GR8 WORK! ~Have a Wonderful Weekend~
