    Hi Deb,
    Just wondered if you knew how to get blood out of a quilt? Just use your own saliva and it works like an eraser. Just an FYI in case you didn't know. I noticed that you said you got pinpricked while working on a block and you started another one. Piece and blessings, Vicki

    just wanted to say I had the same boo boo you did: blood on a quilt I was making for my momma...try hydrogen peroxide....just a dab right on the spot, pat lightly, & just like magic, it's gone!

    Some of my blocks got turned around, too, before I sewed them and my husband caught the mistake before I stitched them up. He was looking at the picture I drew for reference. Handy man to have around I would say!!

    SO HAPPY you are decided to play in the polka dots!! these are so fun and fast be sure to watch that the black strip is always in the lower right hand corner of the unit while piecing and you will be complete in a flash! whooohoooo is it feb 25 yet??
