Hi tortugaquilter, Thanks so much for the nice compliments on the stain glass wall hanging. But I do have to correct you on something....You are definitely not a beginner! I looked through your album earlier....wow! You have so many pretty quilts, it was hard to pick a favorite. I really liked the batik storm quilt and the Christmas wall hanging. How did you like working withe the invisible thread and the multi-color thread? I have one of the Blendables to FMQ on a batik quilt that I plan to finish when my extension table comes in. I've never tried the invisible thread. Thanks again and have a good week.

thank you for your reply,,, i've seen this quilt in so many color combos and i love it every time... i have a "huge stash" and think it would be almost as much fun for me "choosing the fabric" as making the quilt... i will search around the net... now that i know the premis, i will recognize it no matter what they call it...LOL
I have made a pact with myself to USE up my stash a LOT.... i've been a person that loves fabric all my life,,,, and have found that if one collects what they like,, it's pretty easy to make it work together...(in one way or another)... I'm 65, so that tells you that i do have a lot of fabric...

I don't know how you call yourself a beginner-- you must be a very quick learner! Your quilts are absolutely beautiful! How on earth did you do that king size quilt? It is amazing!

I just saw your posting on your machine not working awhile back. Just curious--how is it working now. These sewing machines are too expensive to not work right. I hate when mine is acting up
