    I have ordered one, I plan to use it on my featherweight and am a bit worried about taping it down. Maybe I will be able to find some very low tack tape.

    I can't see the point of it.. Surely a piece of tape with a marked line would do the same job. Just another gadget for us to buy.

    Unless the bed of your machine is too narrow for that as it is on a featherweight.

    For me I know it would be in my way and cause frustration. I typically mark my HST or eyeball it. Perfection is not my nature.
