IT'S OFFICIAL. QUILT TRIP TO PHILADELPHIA IS CONFIRMED

Woohoo, doing the happy dance. I just received confirmation that the trip is on. September 11-16. We will be spending 5 days in Lancaster, PA and travelling to the quilt show from there. I would love to meet anyone who lives in the area. Shopping in Intercourse too.

I can hardly wait.

That's exciting! That's a Tuesday through a Sunday so depending on which day you are in Lancaster, I might be able to come down. Lancaster is over an hour from my home and I work during the week so we'll see what we can work out possibly.

Lucky you, its a place I always wanted to go to for the show, never made it and not likely to now, cannot leave OH and there is no way we could both travel to the US his health insurance would be massive.

So envious! I love shopping in Amish Country (Intercourse). There are some excellent shops there. Have you been there before? Trish gave me a whole list of places to shop at when we went last year. Make sure you find the Old Country Store in Intercourse--it was my favorite. But I also like Burkholders, but it is way off the beaten path. Well worth looking up.
