I was so excited to download the new MSQC app. I downloaded it successfully, but when I touch the app icon to check out tuts, the yellow MSQC page comes up then disappears. I deleted the first app and downloaded it again. The same problem happens! All my other apps work fine. Is anyone else having this problem?
I have mine on my iPod and it's working....I just checked it.
Mine works on iPad.
cellomom did you put it on an apple ipod, iphone or ipad.......because this apple was made for apple products ..so if you tried putting it on a mobile it wont work

I am right there with you, Cellomom! The same thing happens on both my iPad and iPhone. I am so frustrated! I've uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen times. I've rebooted my devices several times, all to no avail. If you figure it out, please, please let me know. I emailed MSQC and asked their tech support for help yesterday. If I get an answer, I'll post their answer.
OK. Wish ours worked like the others, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Thought something was wrong with my iphone4. I'd appreciate it if you post a solution if you hear from MSQC. Thank you Carolyn!Quote:

It won't work for me. I have a Verizon IPhone, so what a previous person said must be true. It only works on a regular IPhone and Ipad. I did try to see if the app was available for my android tablet, and it wasn't. It was available, however, for my Verison Iphone, downloaded fine, but won't work.

Same thing happened to me - I tried to put on my IPad 2 and it kept disappearing. I thought maybe it would only work on I-phone but from reading I see that it must also work on the IPad. Wonder why it won't work on some.
I'm emailing with Al and he is aware that people are having this problem. Like you i have an iphone 4. I also have an ipad2 on which the app won't work either. I use AT&T service. Maybe that's it! Anyway, Al said he is working on a solution and will let me know. Keep your fingers crossed!Quote:

I have iPad1 and 2, it works fine on these. I have iPhone 3G and it loaded then the icon disappeared. I guess I'll try to uninstall and reinstall, if I can figure out how to do that.
I'm having the same trouble with the MSQC app on my iPhone too! Look forward to seeing if a solution is suggested from tech support.
Whew, I got it fixed (I'm pretty sure) I've uploaded the fix and as soon as apple approves it (about a week) you'll be able to update it and it should work!

Can you tell me how to uninstall the app from iPhone? I can't reload it because it says it is already installed, but the icon is not visible.Quote:

Its the iPhone software, if you update to the newest version it will work, or if you aren't the updating type, this new update to the app will fix you up (still waiting on apple) Great news on the android front too, I'm in testing mode for that as well (again, the versions are being wonky, but it works great on the new stuff) so hopefully soon! You guys are seriously the best test group I've ever had :D
I updated, it took over two hours, because I hate to sync, so Ai don't do it often, but hooray! The app reappeared and works great! Thanks for the good advice!Quote:

At last! I noticed today that I had an update waiting on my iphone for the MSQC app, and now it works like a dream. I can access the site anyplace, anytime - fantastic!
