New App Disappears!

Hey Cellomom! What version of iPhone do you have? I've had about a dozen people with similar problems contact me, I'm trying to pin down what the issue is.

Also, android is almost ready to launch :D

Jackie was logged in on my computer :P That was me, I wish Jackie was coding for android though :)

Same thing happened to me - I tried to put on my IPad 2 and it kept disappearing. I thought maybe it would only work on I-phone but from reading I see that it must also work on the IPad. Wonder why it won't work on some.

I'm emailing with Al and he is aware that people are having this problem. Like you i have an iphone 4. I also have an ipad2 on which the app won't work either. I use AT&T service. Maybe that's it! Anyway, Al said he is working on a solution and will let me know. Keep your fingers crossed!

I have the Verizon iPhone an have had no preoblems with the app. :)

I have an iphone4 with ATT service.

I have iPad1 and 2, it works fine on these. I have iPhone 3G and it loaded then the icon disappeared. I guess I'll try to uninstall and reinstall, if I can figure out how to do that.

I'm having the same trouble with the MSQC app on my iPhone too! Look forward to seeing if a solution is suggested from tech support.

Whew, I got it fixed (I'm pretty sure) I've uploaded the fix and as soon as apple approves it (about a week) you'll be able to update it and it should work!

Can you tell me how to uninstall the app from iPhone? I can't reload it because it says it is already installed, but the icon is not visible.
