What nasty experience for Jenny and Ron, and what a relief to know that they are ok apart from some soreness and bruises. Their guardian angel was surely watching over them.

Wow, that is really scarey. Thanks for pointing out the blog again, Jean. I don't always go there - God bless the Doan's and their children. I always knew that Jenny had to be spunky.
So glad they are okay - how unbelievably frightening!! I don't always go to the blog either. I am so happy their angels were watching over them. Every day is special with our loved ones, that's for sure.
Hugs,
So happy they are ok.
I am so glad they are okay. I would have really freaked out if I was Jenny, being swept away by the water. I can't swim and I am so afraid of water anyway.
Sometimes I wonder if semi driver's realize the problems they cause other drivers? There are so many that drive like maniacs and don't have a care for the other drivers. They cause many accidents and just drive off not realizing what they have done, or don't care. There a some that are considerate but they are in the minority. I have heard truckers talk about us "4-wheelers" and they are not kind.
God bless Jenny & Ron and keep them safe always.
Very scary! I'm glad they are OK. God was surely watching over Jenny and Ron!
Whoa! that really makes you stop and think!! So thankful it ended well.
What a horrible experience. It goes without saying that everyone on our forum is so grateful the Doans are okay. It does really make you think about how quickly your life can change and to appreciate what we have every moment of the day. Thank you Lord for watching over our extended family! Al, what a beautiful tribute to your Mom and Dad on the blog....:)
I am so grateful that Jenny and Ron are OK. I am still horrified at their experience and glad it is over. Thanks for posting since I seldom read the blog, I need to do that from now on.
Thank God!!!
And thanks to Al for sharing this story...
