I felt sick to my stomach reading that - I just can't believe how BAD it was...I kept reading thinking no, oh no...omg, geez...it just kept getting worse! Thank goodness they are ok!
This actually scared me to death, made me sick. I cannot even imagine how they felt and how they must still be feeling. Thank goodness God was looking over them.
Thank the Lord that they both are all right! Jenny is like a Mom to me (she reminds me of my mother who passed many years ago) and I have never met her either...hoping to go to new shop once it is completed....Happy Mother's Day Jenny!
I am so thankful that the blog post began with, "First let me say that we are OK/" Otherwise, would have been panicked. As I read the way the horrible experience unfolded, I knew God had his hands on Jenny and Ron. There was no other way things could have turned out as they did. Our Father in heaven is so good to us and sometimes it takes a positive outcome to a potentially deadly incident, for us to see His hand. Thank you Lord for keeping us safe this day.
I was holding my breath through the whole story. I am so thankful that you both are alright! God was definitely with you. : )
I read about your accident with my heart in the pit of my stomach. I am so pleased to hear that you both came through relatively OK. My best wishes to you both and to all the family.
OMG..........I'm so glad you both are okay!
I"m sure you will enjoy this mothersday more than ever before!!!!!
Happy Mothersday dear Jenny and family!!!
Hugs to all.
Thank Heavens they are ok! Life is to fragile so we have to take care of ech other and i feel whit the Doans. Give them a big hug from sweden! Love Annika
Pretty scary stuff. What a relief they are okay. PLEASE!!! Don't drive in this kind of weather unless there is absolutely no other choice. It's not worth taking a chance. I can guarantee Jenny and Ron will think twice about striking out in the car when there's another downpour. I got caught in a flood in Houston. Off to pick up my daughter from pre-school. Noticed alot of water on the road. By the time I got into the church parking lot the water was up to the door of the car. We were stranded in the church all afternoon. By the time my husband was able to get to us I was wading in water up to my chest to get to the rescue vehicle. I'm not happy that I was so clueless as to what was happening as I was driving to pick her up, however, I'm glad I was with my daughter throughout the ordeal. My experience was not life-threatening. Jenny and Ron could've lost their lives. That's a very sobering thought.
