A mother's day gift

I've been more into quilting lately, and struggled with how to quilt a bday gift for my granddaughter, got that done, and now am ready to tackle my next project. I've been enjoying posts about sewing rooms, and sewing areas, etc. but, we dont have room for me to have a dedicated sewing room. And no sewing table... so I started looking at extension tables that fit around your sewing machine to give you more sewing area
... Found one for a good price, and my husband said, "get it!", so I did! And that's my mother's day gift - hopefully it will help me with machine quilting and FMQ ! I was very excited when it came in the mail. Maybe I'll be posting some FMQ in the future - but I know there is a big learning curve.

I just finished my first FMQ project. Jump in, it's really not as hard as it looks. Once I got going I was rather surprised at how fast it went. I did mine on a machine without an extension table. Yours should work out great!

Congrats on your mother's day gift. Thinkin' I need to get me one of those. Where did you get it from? I only have a small sewing table. The machine has extension but no where near big enough.
