Isn't she special?

So,what you gonna do with her??
Oh what a beauty. I'd love to be able to make something like that. If you can't bring yourself to work on her, give her to me. You could drop her off & stop in for lunch with me on the way to the forum! (I'm in Columbia, folks, and if anyone heading to or from the forum wants a lunch break or coffee break here pm me.)
If you're really concerned about authenticity & historical or monetary value, show her to an appraiser before proceeding. But I really think it's OK to finish her with the tools you have and love her.
oh my word Sandy, it's a beauty!
I inherited about a dozen tops, mostly from 40's; some earlier some later. I have tied some, hand quilted some and sent some to the long-armer. I asked the long-armer to keep to traditional patterns such as clamshell. I was happy with the result and all qualms are gone. My granddaughter still might get a few tops from that batch to finish.
