    Oh, yeah. I'm still looking for a pattern to make a machine cover I bought about 7 or 8 years ago. Tore the whole house apart and that thing must have grown legs and walked out the door when I wasn't looking. LOL

    BTW, I have found several things I completely forgot I had in the process.

    ahh yes the secret safe hiding place, how well I know thee! Been there done that way too many times. Worst is cleaning and making new homes for things you are great....until you go to look for them

    Recently I had something just disappear off the shelf that has held it for years. And a piece of wallpaper was torn off, in a different room. No one admits to a thing.

    I set some strips aside for the binding, and then it got wiped into my scrap bins. Everything in the bin is bundled in bunches in zip lock bags so they all look alike. Now I need that binding, and I think I used it for something else. Next time I'm going to add a post it note describing what it is to be used for. Maybe I'll read it.

    I think we all need to visit one another's home. My sister and I do this all the time and it's amazing how she can find my lost things and I can find hers.
