My First Order From M*

I placed my first order for fabric from M*. I found some wild life panels that I think would make a wonderful quilt for my DH. I received the fabulous email that my order has shipped.

I feel so very special that my "quilting supplies have been meticulously gathered, placed on a red velvet pillow, and delicately escorted by 25 of our finest employees to our shipping department."

I am overjoyed that "Tears of joy were shed, speeches were given, and there was even a farewell cake. Following the festivities, the whole group, led by our local high school marching band playing the song Leaving on a Jet Plane, ushered your order through downtown Hamilton, Missouri." Since I used to be in the high school marching band, this was especially touching. I'm sure the cake was chocolate.

And a little sad that the "products you've ordered will be sorely missed here at MSQC, we are overjoyed that they have found a good home."

I assure you all that they have found a good home and will be lovingly quilted into a grand masterpiece deserving of such quality products.

It's such a lovely experience buying from them, isn't it. My LQS is so grumpy and reluctantly smiles if you whip out your credit card ...unless you're a personal friend, which I am not because i can't stand that attitude. Business comes from all customers, not just your own clique, sheesh. I'm in California and consider M* my LQS now!

If you ever have a question, or a problem, call M* and know they'll take care of you. I was just on the hunt for yardage, and the website said only 2 yards left, so I asked if they'd get more and they checked and found the website was wrong and had plenty. And they were so sweet helping me I wished I was there to give them a huge smile and a hug and bake them cookies What other business makes you feel so good?

I've not actually ordered online. I live a little over an hour away, so I've gone there to pick things up. I think I'll have to place an order just to get one of their emails!

I chuckled so much the first time I read the order confirmation... I just received my UMPTEENTH order today

Those hand written notes are so sweet. I kept getting some from a girl that wrote long ones that she was coming to Hawiaii to go to school. I hired Sandy N to find out which school by way asking the girls at the shop to find out. So I sent her a school shirt. That was fun!
