Default Fat Quarters on Sale at Tuesday Morning

Tuesday Morning is advertising FQs on sale for $3.99 to $8.99. They are 5-6 packs. I have no idea of the quality. Doubtless not LQS quality, but might work for charity quilts or practice sandwiches, etc. I have not been to the store to check this out. Just saw the ad in the April 12 flyer & thought I would pass along the info.

Actually the fat quarter bundles that I have purchased at Tuesday Morning in the past was quilt store quality stuff. They don't always have a big selection, but what I have gotten was quality.

I've gotten Free Spirit FQ bundles from Tuesday Morning, as well as some pretty paper thin scratchy ones. You just need to be careful what you buy.

Got four of the $3.99 bundles yesterday. Not the greatest in the world ~ each FQ was wrapped around its own piece of cardboard which made the whole bundle feel heavier. Will probably keep 2 for practice and return the other 2. I'd be worried about shrinkage if used in a complete quilt.

They weren't noticeably scratchy - but you couldn't really see how thin they were until unfolded off the cardboard. Hope the other shops have better quality shipped to them.
